SummaryThe Jr Cloud Solutions Engineer is responsible for installing, securing, and supporting server systems and cloud resources in global environment.
This person will be assigned administrative tasks to implement fixes and enhancements to existing technology as well as new technologies required to support business requirements.

The ideal candidate is a well-rounded blend of customer support skills and a strong technology background. 
QualificationB.E./B.Tech/ Diploma ( Computer/ Electrical/ Electronics Telecom )
– 2 years’ experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Windows based infrastructure systems in a public or private cloud environment
– Experience with ALL the following:Windows Server and Active Directory administration
– Understand and use PowerShell scripts that automate tasks
– Virtualization and public cloud platforms (Azure cloud is preferred)
– Backup configuration and processing file restore tasks
– Storage management and support (ie, expand disks & migrating data between volumes)
– LAN/WAN networking and firewall configuration 
– Web server configuration (primarily IIS)
– Experience with SOME of the following:Load balancers and high-availability strategies (physical and/or virtual)
– Monitoring tools across infrastructure and application services
– Microsoft SQL server (from system administrator perspective)
– Encryption technologies including Bitlocker and Data at Rest encryption strategies
– Ability to write IT documentation/instructions, routine reports, and correspondence.
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
– Self-motivated, pro-active, and able to handle activities concurrently
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities– Build and configure infrastructure resources in the Azure cloud platform (some AWS)
– Installation and configuration of servers and operating system software
– Windows server administration and support
– Ensure system and network security is maintained
– Perform troubleshooting of issues related to aspects of infrastructure and application services
– Troubleshooting of cloud-based networking components such as virtual networks, subnets, security groups, and VPN tunnels
– Collaborate with colleagues, application analysts and/or vendor support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues 
– Create, update, and maintain documentation for recurring procedures as well as one-off resolutions
– Executed planned environment changes and enhancements
– Assist in group effort to manage support tickets that come into team queue
– Participate in on-call rotation to provide off-hours support
– Occasional weekend and after-hours work will be required

During Training

Upon absorption, CTC would be approx. Rs 15 Lakhs (Fifeen Lakhs) per annum. CTC will vary depending on place of posting. In addition to this, Performance Related Pay (PRP) and Medical Benefits are also extended as per Company’s policy.
